Fall fashion: Booties

North Carolina has an interesting climate. Yesterday it was 72 degrees...today the temp may drop twenty or more degrees.

That being said, such weather welcomes my favorite season of fashion: FALL!

Yep, I love Fall fashion, especially footwear...specifically boots and booties. The gray booties above were a gift from my mama for either Christmas or my birthday. They were purchased at +catofashions .

I've seen people wear pumps and booties with socks before and thought it odd, but what do you know? I decided to try it.

I've had those argyle socks for so long that I don't remember when I purchased them. I do know they are either from The Limited or +New York & Company . Both stores make very good quality clothing. 

I worked at The Limited in college and seriously have suits from way back then that are not only in great condition, but also still stylish. Granted, I don't still have my college body, but one day! LOL

Anyway, what is your favorite fashion season and why? Do you have booties in your Fall wardrobe? I think I have a total of five or six pairs of booties, but a lady could never have too many shoes...I would love more!
